This development of 85 luxury apartments was constructed on Brown-field site, adjacent to the major Brindley Place development, by Kingsoak Ltd, the construction arm of Barrett Homes.

Bob Costello Associates Ltd was responsible for the design of the services infrastructure including incoming utilities with onsite sub-station, utility distribution and metering, and incoming services to apartments.

Landlord services included fire and security detection and alarm systems, access control, lifts, and lighting and power to entrances, corridors and stairwells.

The internal finishes to the apartments were carried out to developer standard specifications.

The architects were Nichol Thomas of Birmingham and the structural engineers were Joynes Pike Associates of Nottingham.
